Putin addresses top Foreign Ministry officials; Slow Walking Towards World War 3

The United States and its allies, in the format of the ‘Global Membrane’, have lost their ‘wisdom layer’, the Illuminati eye made up of extraterrestrial men who are descendants of old Gods. And so, after the year 2006, the West began acting like fools stirring up trouble all over the globe. The German Nazis in the Pentagon in their old age, will have to come to terms with the truth, that the degenerate aliens who guided them into bringing about and starting World War Two, are no longer on Earth, because they were rounded up and permanently removed, deported off the planet Earth.
Russia is not wasting any time under the Great Leadership of Vladimir Putin, foretold long ago as prophecy (posting here), which the West cannot change or stop by inciting evilness and provocations.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has organized a meeting with the country’s top diplomats, including the Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. On the agenda for discussion includes the ongoing standoff with the West, NATO expansion, and the need for an enhanced security infrastructure.
Putin’s principal position on Ukraine includes, declaring neutral status, will not seek to acquire nuclear weapons, but also will have to demilitarized and de-nazified. And Putin has said that these conditions were pre-agreed upon in 2022. Kiev has to also guarantee the rights and freedoms of the country’s Russian-speaking population. And all the aforementioned conditions written in the peace document should be fundamentally recognized at the international level, to be followed by the removal of Western sanctions against Russia.
If the West (i.e., the United States and its allies) and Ukraine [decided that it] “will be politically and morally responsible for further bloodshed,” by rejecting Moscow’s terms, then “obviously, the realities on the ground, on the frontline, will continue to change not in favor of the Kiev regime, and the conditions for starting negotiations will be different,” Putin added, and noted that Moscow is not seeking a temporary ceasefire, but rather a lasting peace [in the region].
At the meeting, Putin said that Russia is ready for talks with Ukraine on the condition that Kiev completely withdraws its troops from the Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. And “as soon as Kiev declares that it is ready for such a decision and begins a real withdrawal of troops… and also officially announces that it has abandoned plans to join NATO, our side will immediately… receive an order to cease fire and begin negotiations.”
Switzerland is planning to host a ‘peace conference’ for Ukraine scheduled for June 15 and 16, but it is nothing more than a ‘trick’ [by it’s western allies] seeking to give the current government in Kiev some legitimacy, says Putin. Highlighting that Zelensky’s presidential term expired last month, despite his cancellation of this year’s election.
Early in the Ukraine conflict, Moscow in principle was ready to let Kiev retain sovereignty over Kherson and Zaporozhye regions (now parts of Russia) – on the condition that it has to guarantee the security of a land connection to the Crimean Peninsula, however, later, the residents of those two regions expressed the desire to join Russia through referendums held in the fall of 2022, Putin added.
Before the Ukraine conflict, Russia proposed to Kiev to settle the crisis by completely withdrawing Ukrainian troops from Donbass, but the idea was rejected out of hand, despite having the potential to resolve the tensions, Putin added.
Western nations have for years been strategizing for years on how to turn Ukraine into an anti-Russian foothold, lobbying politicians in Kiev and encouraging neo-Nazi ideology. Those efforts were for a long time were counter-blocked by the population in southeast Ukraine, which historically enjoyed close ties to Russia. And because the West was faced with this resistance, Western countries [lead by the United States using operative Victoria Nuland] organized a coup in Kiev, and with the new authorities, launched crack downs on this region, President Putin said.
The West (i.e., chatter from the bankers, the Bolsheviks, the Nazis in the Pentagon, etc.) talks about ‘decolonizing’ Russia, but is actually pursuing ways to partition Russia along ethnic lines, after conducting six waves of NATO expansion close to its borders, Putin noted.
The Ukraine crisis is the result of an ‘aggressive’ and ‘reckless’ policies coming from the West that started long before the hostilities erupted in 2022, Putin said.
The [eventual] Western decision [agreed upon to act] to freeze Russian assets is ‘theft’ and will not go unpunished, because the move to transfer Russian money to Ukraine will explode [and unmasked the criminality of] the global financial system, tarnishing the image of the West among their international investors.

Russia cannot trust Ukraine or Europe or the west in any agreement, because they will violate that agreement. Remember what the German counselor Angela Merkell said that the minsk agreement was a lie to gain time to arm Ukraine.
Russia needs to solve this problem once and for all or it will face its own destruction by the west who want a nuclear war to resolve its financial problems
