The Russians have been on the Moon since the late 1970s.
After the fake Moon landing, the United States eventually went to the Moon with rocket ships – with a supply port operating out of Diego Garcia. The US Moon base was almost a reality with the installation of a laser beam weapon. The part did not arrive in time from Diego Garcia, and the Russians made use of the delay, and used their armed and manned killer satellites to bombard the US Moon base, killing all the astronauts there, which included Americans, British, Canadian and probably some Israelis. After which Russia constructed their own Moon base and has been on the Moon since then. If the Chinese are there, they are working with the Russians.
The United States was chased off the Moon, and never returned.
The light-emitting UFOs/UAPs on the Moon belong to the Russians and their terrestrial and extraterrestrial allies.
