Prophetic Warning in a Dream, the Death of Former President Jimmy Carter Begins the Turning
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | December 31, 2024: In 1997 a book was published by Neil Howe and William Strauss titled ‘The Fourth Turning’. The theory describes a four-generation cycle of renewal, stabilization, decline, and crisis that takes about 80 years to complete. The Fourth Turning is the crisis phase of this cycle, when a hero generation (referring to persons of Generation X – born 1965–1979, and Millennials – born 1981–1996) faces off against a prophet generation (referring to a generation born after a major crisis or war and is characterized by idealism, moralism, and a focus on values).
Hero generations are usually raised by protective parents, according to Howe. Heroes come of age during a time of great crisis, and they are called heroes because they resolve that crisis, an accomplishment that then defines the rest of their lives. – The republican generation (seen as a hero archetype) was born between 1742 and 1766. This generation is known for participating in several global revolutionary movements during the Age of Revolution. This generation has witnessed political turmoil in response to the widespread expansion of European imperialism and the vast social inequalities exacerbated by ruthless competition between rival empires in Europe, the Americas and Asia – and today controlled by the Ruling Elites of globalization.
Authors Howe and Strauss predicted that the Fourth Turning would begin around 2005, climax around 2020, and resolve around 2026. On November 9, 2024 TruNews hosted by Rick Wiles and Doc Burkhart aired a message to tell their audience to immediately prepare for major events that will reshape the world order we are currently in. The hosts emphatically declared that they are doing their very best to fulfill the role of End Time watchmen. Stating that a watchman’s responsibility is to sound the alarm at the fight indication of danger, about something serious that is approaching on the United States.
Doc had a very vivid dream at 1.00AM in the morning and repeated what he saw to Rick the next day:
Doc Burkhart: Rick and I arrived at a local airport in [Florida] and a private airplane was waiting for us. We saw security and we were escorted onto the plane. Inside was former President Jimmy Carter sitting. Rick asked President Carter why are we on this plane and where is the plane going. And Carter said, we are going back to Plains, Georgia for my funeral which will be coming very soon. The scene in the dream then changes and moves to President Carter’s house in Plains, showing people in the yard, on the porch, etc. and going into the house. Doc and Rick then goes into the house and there was a closed coffin there with an American flag on it, and everyone knowns it’s President Carter; he has passed away. Some people were weeping, some put their hand on the casket, etc. The dream moved back outside, into the yard. In front of President Carter’s house in Plains there is a street like any other street in small town America. But what is unusual is that there is a parade forming, a military parade. As they bring the president’s casket out of his home and put it in the hearse, the parade begin to move along. The parade had troops marching, convectional weapons like jeeps and tanks were on display. As the parade moves on, what stands out as extremely unusual are vehicles in the rear displaying incredible weapons never before seen. Unusual weapons showing multiple launchers – things beyond our current immigration. Rick Wiles: What do you recalled about this new weapons?
Doc Burkhart: One vehicle in particular that stood out to me looks like a combination of a centipede and a tank. It had multiple sections and each section had an array of weapons on it. They were airplanes we have never seen before, that were being towed along. ( – And the hosts were remarking to each other about what they saw at the parade. Has they watched the parade moves by, a man showed up and introduced himself as Neil Howe, – one of the authors of the book titled ‘The Fourth Turning’. Rick asked Neil why was he here and he said he was invited to the funeral. Neil said to Rick, “this is a turning point.” – And that is when Doc woke up from the dream.)

According to Rick Wiles, he says he knows what the dream means: Mr. Carter is either 99 or he has turned 100, and his birthday was in the fall of October. And earlier this year he was placed in hospes in his home, for nine months, which is unusual, because normally hospes care is short term like three weeks. I am thinking of 9 months of pregnancy when something is born, conceived. His family thought he was going to pass away nine month ago. – What does this mean? … Neil Howe updated his book with a new title, ‘The Fourth Turning Is Here’.

With the death of former President Jimmy Carter, the Deep State technocrats working for the Ruling Elites realized that they are running out of time because they haven’t been able to fulfill all their goals to bring about a New World Order in their vision, and are pushing to unleash terrorism in the United States fused with war chatter about attacking other countries. And the outgoing President Joe Biden, a terrible disappointment, has been committing blatant acts of sabotage, and is leaving behind chaos for President-elect Trump and his team to deal with.
For now, the people of America and the world will have to wait where humanity is concerned, because the Deep State has decided to take a negative turn to stimulate internal discord inside the United States and continued warfare in foreign countries. The subjugation and hegemonic ambition by the ‘Global Membrane’ led by the headless ‘Elite Managers’, what is left of them, is still being pursued. Segments of the public are so dumb down by corporate media will not see patterns in these events, and will be led along and manipulated by the corporate media. And so, the prophet generation (i.e., the elders, what is left of them) will have to intervene and let them (i.e., Generation X and Millennials) know something is very wrong in the United States.
The Las Vegas event is obvious and decodes that the Deep State is going after Trump and Musk. And the New Orleans event is to bring back into focus terrorism and ISIS, and the Deep State and their cohorts will instigate a false flag event blaming Iran for something to bomb them. – But also, don’t forget they’re going to continue to mastermind propaganda news against Russia and China, and India is just starting to feel the weight of the globalists for stepping out of line.
We have now reached the zenith of all internal and external madness, and are turning towards confrontation mode where the population will become more and more involved on the public stage – a recipe for mass casualties.
It is clear that President-elect Trump will not be able to curtail the Deep State, and they already have in place their minions in corporate media to support their cause in drumming up fear, causing confusion and tension.
Today January 3, the corporate media is already blitzing the newswire about US officials warning about ‘copycat terrorist attacks.’ – This type of Deep State intel psyop is not new, because the event that prototyped it happened in the year 1982, with the Tylenol scare. The Tylenol poisoning was blitzed by the media under the watching eyes of the Deep State intelligence apparatus; to find out how long it would take to spawn copycats. Initially before the corporate media got involved in the news blitz, the copycat crimes were slow in coming, so the major news outlets were enlisted to help set them off. The media outlets went to work, producing small segments about “What if…?” scenarios, to air on television. For example, “What if the poison had been put not in Tylenol but perhaps food or Halloween candy?” said the television voices. The news segments hinted repeatedly, pointing out how easy it would be to do that and get away with it. And sure enough, suddenly it started happening, scores of events modeled after the Tylenol scare. The terrorism warning possibly means that more events like this are coming soon. And is this being done to try and disrupt the January 20th inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States? But also, the United States landscape could now engulf into chaos under Trump with the Deep State being heavily involved in provocations, setting the stage for a future civil war eruption – people against government; but could also deteriorate along ethnic lines.
The globalists are going full in, they are going to escalate war with Russia, China and Iran; will attempt to launch a new virus plandemic/pandemic hysteria; will attempt to disrupt the US economy; and also activate ISIS/Al Qaeda cells in the United States. And Biden has resupplied privately these ISIS cells with 80+ billion dollars, withdrawing from Afghanistan and other funding. The Democrat arm of the Deep State is secretly running and controlling these groups. Including the ‘extended globalist crime syndicate’ that goes as far back to President Jimmy Carter (with Zbigniew Brzezinski making deals with the Mujahideen) that is funding Al Qaeda and ISIS, and directs their leadership.
