Forget the presidents (Donald Trump, etc.), because it is the Deep State who runs US foreign policy, period. And the Ruling Elite cabal bent on hegemony is going to fight tooth and nail against President-elect Trump to keep the United States on war path, warns US economist and former Reagan administration official Dr. Paul Craig Roberts. And said that “The Democrats might try to… orchestrate an ‘insurrection,’ invoke Pentagon Directive 5240.01, and prevent Trump from being inaugurated,” the economist suggests. “We must keep in mind that the inauguration of a president comes two and one-half months after his election. There is plenty of time for Democrat and ruling elite mischief.”
The US Department of Defense noted that plans to continue sending arms to Ukraine on a regular basis is in effect until the last day of President Joe Biden’s administration, with hopes of also draining the remaining authorized funds before President-elect Donald Trump takes over.
The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on November 7 published an article floating ideas about what Trump’s team will do to settle the war conflict in Ukraine: to include creating an 800-mile demilitarized zone but it remains unclear who would police the territory. The “peacekeeping force” would not involve troops from the United States, nor come from a US-funded international body, such as the United Nations; and to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO for at least 20 years. – A Trump adviser also noted that Europeans should maintain peace in Ukraine. – How serious are these ideas presented in the WSJ remains unknown. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday, November 7, that the article published in the WSJ was impersonal and abstract, and has minimal chance of being realized without tweaks.
“Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has warned people not to get their hopes up. He said that whatever administration there is, whether it’s Donald Trump or Kamala Harris, the American Deep State will continue what they’re doing in Ukraine. These billions and billions do dollars that we hear about it’s not necessarily going to Ukraine. Please, don’t be under the illusion that this money is actually reaching the Ukrainian people. It’s clear that the West doesn’t care about the Ukrainian people, because it’s actually very, very beneficial isn’t it for NATO – all of these European countries, especially the former Soviet Bloc countries – Poland, East Germany, so many old Soviet planes and tanks that have all been now sent to Ukraine and these are all being replaced by brand new gear. They have hit the jackpot with the Ukraine war. So, the Ukraine war is a fantastic thing for them – the western military industrial complex.”
“I see no long-term differences in our attitude to the current or previous elections in the United States, because it is ruled by the notorious ‘Deep State’,” Lavrov said.
The United States media refuses to accept the fact about the existence of a ‘Deep State’ and therefore wants evidence for such assertion. The US media ignores the fact that it does not matter who is president, regardless the foreign policy remains the same, because the US continues to provoke hegemonic wars and coups around the world from one administration to the next. And apparently this is normal and is just how the US administrations work – where some type of unexpected event happens followed by extreme chatter throughout the media landscape calling for war, then comes the cooked up evidence blaming the culprit – an Arab/Muslim country, the Chinese, the Russians, (and now India is coming into focus) etc. – zones of interest the Ruling Elites want to target in their quest for hegemony. Ex-Russian president Dmitry Medvedev in a recent RT interview said: “A non-mainstream politician can’t become a US president. Trump is the least mainstream of all mainstream politicians, because he has never worked for the government, and yet he’s still part of the mainstream, and that’s why he’s not going to do anything that can be frowned upon by what’s is known as the ‘Deep State’. I am not talking about some kind of conspiracy. I am talking about a network of very influential politicians [that is loyal to the Ruling Elite cabal], business people, bankers, etc. Who can have a major influence on current developments [and] as a result, it is always going to be a mainstream figure at the helm of the US whatever his or her name is. One could be more unorthodox and the other could have less experience, still there is a difference. Let me explain: If the new president ardently pour fuel on the fire on the Russian and Ukrainian conflict, it would be a very bad policy, because this would be a road to hell. This would really be a road to World War Three. Both of these candidates must be aware of that – be that Mr. Trump, who has been in the presidency and should have an idea about how these things work or Kamala Harris, who, shall we say, doesn’t have much experience, and gets criticized because of that. However, she had worked as vice-president. However, [to] make decisions that will help or protract this war is going to make a dangerous mistake. – Rory Suchet: Do you think, regardless of Trump, regardless of Kamala, regardless of any of them…made, you think the so-called ‘Deep State’ is interested in World War Three? Medvedev: I don’t think so. You must be a complete moron to say that we need World War Three. No Deep State can survive World War Three. It is only strong because the US is strong, as a large powerful country, as a thriving economy. America has many different virtues, but if the entire world is going to collapse, life of the planet becomes unsustainable. No Deep State will be able to survive. What will they do there in their bunkers, looking out the windows as radioactive snow falls from above? I do not think that’s in anyone’s interest. But they still made a miscalculation, since they’re not of the brightest kind. They are, pardon me, politicians of a slightly different caliber. For some reason, they think that Russia will never cross a certain line, well they are wrong. If it comes down to the existence of our state, the president of this country has repeatedly said, as well as your humble servant and others, naturally we will simply have no choice. Every person who assumes the office of the president of a nuclear power essentially takes on this obligation, i.e., to defend the country to the last man. This applies to the Russian Federation as well. In this case, it seems to me, that the current political establishment both in the United States and Europe lack the acumen and subtlety of mind, the subtlety of reasoning, that Kissinger had for example. Unfortunately, contemporary politician like [George] Shultz, [Emmanuel] Macron or that Ursula [von der Leyen] the head of the EU Commission; the ever-changing British prime ministers – no offence, but I will say what I think: They are not of the same caliber as their predecessors. I guess I can say this now. Silvio Berlusconi once told me at a summit, he’s gone now, so it’s no big deal if I say it in public: He looked at it (i.e., the state of the world) with sadness and said, Dmitry, these people are not capable of making decisions. They are certainly not Churchills, they are not de Gaulles; they are not the German leaders of the postwar generation. They cannot be compared with the top. Most prominent presidents of the United States of America who also had this understanding, [that] the political class is degenerating, [and] technocrats are coming in and they do not understand how politics functions, [and] that’s a disaster.”
The groups of influence, also called the Deep State or Shadow Government, said President Putin at the Valdali Club conference in November 2024: “During his (Trump) first presidency, he was harassed by everyone on both sides and bullied. He was afraid of making a step to the left [or] to the right, [or] saying the wrong thing. I don’t know what is going to happen right now during his new presidency…; whatever he does is up to him to decide…” Noting Trump’s concern, Putin said the American ‘Deep State’ could restrain the president-elect.”
Speaking on Russian Channel One television in late July, military observer Dmitry Drozdenko called Trump “a slave of the deep state – [and said] he can’t do anything about it, he doesn’t have the power – [because] that’s the way America is organized.”
The Deep State: How the US government works
Several years ago, Renmin University professor Di Dongsheng gave an interview after Donald Trump was first elected as president of the United States in which he explained how the US government really works.
Dongsheng: “The fact is that the ‘United States’ does not really exist. What really exist are different interest groups. At present, the US has a very much divided society, part of which is the ‘circle of elites.’ We called them the ‘Establishments,’ people with power and influences. It’s worth mentioning one particular group of elites, called the ‘Deep State.’ Who are these people? Of course, these are slightly different understandings regarding those people. My understanding is that these people are the mid and senior leaders from the US military, the intelligence community, the State Department, the Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce, the Office of the US Trade Representative and the US Judicial Systems. So, these people mostly hold competitive service for expected service positions. They are not executive service figures. Within the Capital Beltway, they are the big fish hidden in the swamp, who Trump disgusts the most. In the US, the political figures are elected, and they come and go. However, the group that I just mentioned are the people who remain in the power circle. I have dealt with those people. In the past 70 years, since WWII, they were the ones who have been running the United States, running the entire capitalism in the US and operating the Cold War. It is this small circle that actually dominates the world today. Now, how to people in this circle view Trump? In general, they despise Trump, because they think they are the real master of the US capitalism. They consider Trump as an outsider. That’s why at the end of 2016, when the US democracy actually became real, it caught them completely off guard. They could not believe that someone like Trump could be elected and become their boss. Can you imagine the feelings of people from this group? It must feel like the world was falling apart, or feel like the sky is falling. That’s why in the past two years, those who have been persistently resisting and confronting Trump are actually from this circle. They took their advantages in their professions, resources, and information. And they have been fooling and playing tricks on Trump.”

Bloomberg news reported on November 8 that President-elect Donald Trump is seeking ‘major changes’ to US foreign policy, wasting no time he’s already reshaping Washington DC’s approach to Ukraine. The shift in the wind is being “felt most acutely in Ukraine,” because during his campaign he promised to settle the conflict within 24 hours if elected, even before his inauguration. The president-elect and the Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky have already had a phone call, where Elon Musk of X joined in, an ally of Trump who advocates that Kiev to cede territory to Russia to end the conflict.

Chirping in the background the Zionist cabal is determine to tango with President-elect Trump regarding bombing Iran. And already they are starting to push their agenda where Trump is to be the focus, because the possibility may presents itself where propaganda will unfold about Iran wanting to assassinate Trump and to bring into reality another near-miss (or a hit, but survivable like the Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico)? to make the plot more ominous for revenge. Already the plot appears to be in motion, as the news media is already reporting that the “US accuses Iran of plotting to kill Trump”, where an Iranian national and two Americans have been charged with involvement in a murder-for-hire plot to assassinate President-elect Donald Trump, that included an Iranian dissident, according to the US Department of Justice. Also, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Trump plans to clamp down on Iran to undermine its alleged support for Hamas and Hezbollah, citing sources.
The Democrats and the Deep State are not going to relinquish power peacefully to the incoming Trump administration. Harvard’s Professor Laurence Tribe, said: It’s not over. The resistance is about to ignite, and underscores the prominent role that state legislatures will play in resisting Trump. “We are about to see all of the institutions activated in a way that we haven’t had to see before.” The law is “an area where reality bites,” says Tribe. – Democratic Party governors are making it very clear that they will oppose the new Trump administration to protect their state freedoms after the 45th president’s decisive election win on November 5.
