The secret people of Tartaria never left Russia, they just went underground. When Russia came into existence as a country, the secret people of Tartaria started to shape a secret faction in a well disciplined way, that is still watching over Russia. I can’t give their name. But they’re there. Whenever President Putin makes important speeches, a linchpin to the secret people of Tartaria is in the audience always. When Russia says “protect the motherland”, the phrase goes very deep into the path of the old ones that the public does not see.
