The United States, the Deep-State Globalists, the ones giving Trump a hell-of-a-time, tried to set off a false-flag in the seas of Asia. That was when the McCain ship got mysteriously damaged.
All that is going on with North Korea, IS ALL INSTIGATED FOR MEDIA HYPE!!! to panic. When countries accept US monetary funds, they unknowingly/knowingly agree to be part of the US aggressive foreign policy. What is going on in Asia, is the US trying to manipulate the Chinese and the Russians. The US meddling just never stop – it is normal foreign policy which Hillary Clinton excels at. Trump is trying to catch-up to the old trick, that the US needs more money to create more debt, and the “panic” is used for that purpose.
So, after the US failed to get the false-flag going, to send a warning that this will not be tolerated in Asia, technological forces went to work, and HARVEY materialized.
Then later Irma appeared swirling in the Atlantic, but I cannot go into why, but you saw it all played out in the media.
War will not happen due to certain forces, but if war should breakout in Asia, Americans living near coastal regions around the United States, must seriously consider survival planning.

“There are possibilities to achieve the settlement of Pyongyang’s problem by diplomatic means. This is possible and must be done,” he stated.

North Korea: Russia Tells Trump To Be Bigger Person And Step Back
YAHOO – September 4, 2017: Russia is urging the U.S. to step back from any nuclear one-upmanship with North Korea, whose government outlets have repeatedly threatened a strike on U.S. territory.
“The stronger and the smarter one will show restraint,” Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Monday, state news agency Itar-Tass reported. “In the current situation any brash move could cause an explosion,” the minister added.
“Here a lot hinges on our American colleagues who, sadly, continue to largely show a willingness for talking in a language of sanctions and threats, rather than seeking a resolution through the means of diplomatic meetings,” Ryabkov said.
Ryabkov warned that Russia will consider reinforcing territory in its far east should the U.S. continue with plans to reinforce South Korea and Japan’s capabilities, specifically with the THAAD missile. State Of Emergency Ahead Of Cat 4 Hurricane Irma
SPUTNIKNEWS – September 4, 2017: Governor of Puerto Rico Ricardo Rossello has declared a state of emergency ahead of powerful Hurricane Irma — now a dangerous Category 4 storm — that is likely to hit the region later this week.
Earlier in the day, the Nation Hurricane Center (NHC) issued an advisory, warning that Irma might directly affect the US Virgin Islands, the Turks and Caicos, the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands, Cuba, as well Puerto Rico later this week, and urging the residents in these areas to monitor the situation.
“[I am] signing the executive order which also activates the national guard and declares the state of emergency in Puerto Rico,” Rossello wrote on Twitter.

US Allies Alarmed Potential USS McCain-Like Incident ‘May Fuel Korea Crisis’
SPUTNIKNEWS – August 23, 2017: Washington and its allies are seriously concerned over the incident regarding the US Navy destroyer John S. McCain due to the fact that this warship is part of the US 7th Fleet, which is specifically tasked with countering North Korea, a Russian expert told Sputnik.
“I think that the cause of the collision is the general ‘mess’ which is currently happening in the 7th Fleet, given that it is not the first such episode which caused human casualties,” Safonov said.
