BATTLEFORWORLD.COM – December 25, 2017: The United States appear as if it wants to control and direct the United Nations into supporting its geopolitical interests worldwide. And now Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the U.N. is becoming aware that opposition to the United States geopolitical and unilateral plans are not at all times accepted by the United Nations member body.
The United States began to notify the United Nations about pending budget cuts, because Haley said that the generosity of the American people is being taken advantage of, but in reality it is the generosity of the ruling-elites who are being taken advantage of as they continue to buy their way in the United Nations to eventually bring about one world domination. And much of what the United States is forcing the United Nations to do, no vote has ever been put to the American people asking for their approval.
The United States budget is being drained nonstop into funding foreign policy wars for decades leaving very little for the American people way of life. And maybe the United States is falling short on funds to continue buying its interest and support in foreign policy adventurism?
And over the many decades the United Nations assembly has been drawn into quarreling with other member states and have become dysfunctional. And the question becomes, will the United Nations organization eventually disband to be reorganized in another country? We still have some ways to go until diplomatic relations are no longer repairable and member states begin to withdraw from the UN organization, because the United States Corporation is in disarray.

Russia’s Medvedev warns UN may follow League of Nation’s fate by going bust
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | September 12, 2022: Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev is warning that the United Nations could meet the same fate like that of its predecessor, the League of Nations, if the permanent members’ decision-making at the UN Security Council get “breached.” And gave an example, stating that the recent initiative by the United States had proposed some “compromises in reform” at the UN Security Council and moves to reconsider the status quo (i.e., the existing state of affairs).
That the “Compromises differ. If this one implies an attempt by the US driven by its zoological anti-Russian frenzy to breach the powers of UNSC permanent members, well, they’ll make themselves sick gulping down dust.” If this happens, “the United Nations would suffer the fate of the League of Nations that went bust,” Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel.
The predecessor of the United Nations was The League of Nations (1920-1946), which was the first global organization designed to ensure peace and cooperation between nations. Despite some of its achievements, the League failed to fulfil collective security tasks and was disbanded. Later, The UN succeeded the organization after World War II, by the initiative and funding of the Rockefellers (citation, here). Where the UN would be used at a future time to promote the workings of a global government in the eyes of the United States, as the US took on the task to become the world’s hegemony leader.

Excluding Russia from Security Council possible only if UN is disbanded
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | July 2, 2022: UK’s permanent representative to the United Nations Dame Barbara Woodward, while presiding over a security council session, broke protocol and allowed Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to address council members. In his speech, Zelensky said that Russia should be stripped of its permanent UNSC member status.
Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky, said excluding Russia from the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is only possible if the entire organization is disbanded and created anew. “Naturally, all normal people realize that this scenario will be possible only if the UN is disbanded and created anew,” in a comment aired on the Soloviev Live TV channel.
The reason why Zelensky was allowed to make such statement was so that Kiev could “stir up” UN Security Council member states, who are growing increasingly tired of the Ukrainian issue.
“Both Zelensky and Ukraine’s envoy to the UN are wasting their breath, claiming from time to time that we [Russia] have no right to this [UN Security Council] seat, that we retained it unlawfully after the breakup of the Soviet Union,” Polyansky said. And that “This is total nonsense, we have explained it, and even UN officials have provided due clarifications.”
Polyansky noted that the Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was allowed to speak before the UN Security Council on Tuesday remotely and without prior consultations with other council members, which violates the existing practice according to charter rules.
The Ukrainian leader during his speech, urged the UN to designate Russia as a “terrorist state” and exclude it from the UN Security Council, where the country has the permanent member status and veto powers.

Russia prepares draft on relocating UN First Committee from US to Europe
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM / TASS | October 17, 2019: It’s now official as Russia is preparing a draft to be submitted to the committee by Thursday (Oct 17) after consulting with other countries. The prepared draft is a written proposal to the UN General Assembly to move the First Committee, dealing with disarmament issues, from New York to Geneva or Vienna, said a senior Russian diplomat to TASS on Wednesday (Oct 16).
“This project has been prepared, we have even conducted informal consultations,” noted Russia’s deputy UN envoy Andrey Belousov, as he commented about the results of Tuesday’s (Oct 15) session of the UN Committee on Relations with the Host Country. “The delegations who were interested in learning our stance, came to those consultations.”
“So far, we have received no instructions to hold back this document,” he noted and that “We will act in line with the instructions that we receive.”
The issue was raised during a session of the UN Committee on Relations with the Host Country and the global organization’s envoy to the meeting supported Russia’s opinion that the US had violated its commitments as a host nation. Russia’s deputy UN envoy Gennady Kuzmin said that the matter can be resolved in an arbitration process between the UN and Washington DC.

Russia suggests to move sessions of UN First Committee to Europe in 2020

“With the aim of normalizing the operations of the First Committee and Disarmament Commission, we think it is necessary to consider the possibility of holding future sessions in 2020 outside of the US, for instance in Vienna or Geneva,” said Polyansky. UN to take measures at Russian request after US visa issues
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM / TASS | October 3, 2019: In the month of September, ten members of the Russian delegation, including Chairman of the Russian Federation Council’s (upper house) Foreign Affairs Committee, Senator Konstantin Kosachev where supposed to have taken part in the annual session of the UN General Assembly, but was unable to due the US not issuing visas and were unable to travel to New York. Kosachev told TASS that the documents had been in the US embassy for almost two months and were never processed for their scheduled departure.
The Russian government filed a complaint with the UN Secretary-General and have received a replay that The United Nations is studying Moscow’s official letter explaining issues with obtaining US visas and will take necessary measures, spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric told TASS on Wednesday (Sept. 2).
“We have now received an official letter from the Russian Federation regarding visa issues. We received the letter, we will study it and we’ll take whatever action is appropriate from the Secretariat,” Dujarric said.
He also commented on the proposal to move meetings of the UN General Assembly First Committee (on disarmament and international security matters) away from New York to another UN office. “I’m not aware and I didn’t see any official correspondence regarding moving the committee. But obviously any shift in the location of the work of General Assembly committee will be a decision taken by member states,” Dujarric said.
The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov noted that the Russian side is proposing holding UNGA First Committee meetings away from the US as a response to Washington DC failure to issue visas to Russian delegates.

Syrian FM Muallem Expresses Support for Relocation of UN Headquarters as Proposed by Russia

US to Leave ‘Foolish, Unworthy’ UN Human Rights Council Over Anti-Israel Bias
SPUTNIK NEWS – June 15, 2018: The United States’ demands regarding reforming the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) have failed to be met, and as such Washington is reportedly ready to pull out over what it calls anti-Israel bias and the inclusion of alleged rights abusers.
Diplomats told Reuters that it’s merely a matter of time before the US exits the council, which will convene Monday for a three week convention that will last until July 6. One US source who spoke anonymously said that an announcement looks “imminent.”
Another US official in Geneva, where the UNHRC will meet June 18, said, “we are still moving ahead with our engagement for the coming session.”
US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley has cast shade on the council since taking the job, while both the US State Department and US President Donald Trump himself found issue with it in 2017.
On June 6, 2017, Haley went to Geneva to give the council a series of ultimatums. At the meeting, she said, “It’s hard to accept that this council has never considered a resolution on Venezuela, and yet it adopted five biased resolutions in March against a single country: Israel. It is essential that this council address its chronic anti-Israel bias if it is to have any credibility.”

International organizations undergoing durability test over Skripal case – diplomat
TASS – April 15, 2018: International organizations are undergoing a colossal durability test over the situation in Syria and the Salisbury incident, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sunday.
According to the Russian diplomat, “explicit manipulation of data can be seen inside international organizations” on both the so-called Skripal case and the situation in Syria.
“It is a colossal blow on the United Nations Security Council, the OPCW (Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons), and so forth. These instruments that made it possible for various countries to cooperate as equals are now undergoing a colossal durability test,” she said in an interview with the Voskresny Vecher s Vladimirom Solovyovym (Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov) program on the Rossiya-1 television channel.
According to Zakharova, it is a task for diplomats to pursue their countries’ policy and defend their interests, including within international organizations, but it is inadmissible “to indulge in fraud that can be fraught with a threat to human lives.”
“And the material we have (the OPCW report – TASS) indicated, first of all, that this is a global-scale fraud,” she stressed.

No alternative to UN in modern world, says Russian diplomat
TASS – April 16, 2018: The United Nations is the world’s only universal international organization and there is no alternative to it, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said in an interview with the Komsomolskaya Pravda daily posted on its website on Monday.
“Everybody is following high-profile cases and the United Nations is addressing thousands of applied matters. As a matter of fact, there is no other such a universal organization in the world. If it did not exist, it should be set up. There is no alternative to the United Nations,” he said.
Despite speculation that the United Nations is losing its significance, it continues to work resolving many problems that are “out of the public eye,” he stressed.

US abusing its rights as host country by expelling Russian diplomats at UN – Russia’s UN envoy
RT – March 27. 2018: Washington has abused its power as the host of the UN headquarters when it moved to expel 12 staffers from Russia’s mission at the UN, Moscow’s envoy Vassily Nebenzia said. He called the decision an “extremely unfriendly” step.
“The expulsion of Russian diplomats as well as other recent unfriendly steps, such as restriction of access to Russian diplomatic property, visa denials to mission staff and other [measures], can be viewed as the US abusing its rights and privileges as the hosting country,” Vassily Nebenzia said.
In a statement on the expulsion of the 12 UN staffers, US ambassador at the UN Nikki Haley accused them of having “engaged in espionage activities that are adverse to our national security.”
These allegations were dismissed by Nebenzia, who said that the US had no right to interfere with the work of the UN.
“The employees of Russia’s mission at the UN present their credentials to the UN and perform their functions exclusively within the UN,” he stressed, noting that, as the host country, the US has a special obligation to preserve the privileges and immunity of the staff of the UN member countries, as well as the employees at the UN administrative bodies.
“This is an extremely inappropriate and unfriendly step,” Nebenzia said, adding that he “doesn’t think” that kicking out Russian UN diplomats from US territory is in line with the agreements the US has with the UN.
“This friendship against Russia, is, no doubt, over the case which, the further it goes, the more murky details emerge. There’s no case, so to speak. There is a verdict made without any investigation,” Nebenzia said, noting that Russia’s requests for information on a supposedly ongoing probe have been neglected.
“The further we go the more questions arise, including from me. What happened before – did the Salisbury incident precede the expulsion of Russian diplomats, or did the decision to expel Russian diplomats precede the Salisbury incident?” Nebenzia wondered.

Did US even bother to justify Russian UN staff expulsion? ‘Too sensitive’ to comment, UN says
RT – March 26, 2018: The UN declined to comment on the legality of Washington’s move to expel 12 Russian staff working there, saying only that it had been “notified.” The US envoy to Russia hinted they hadn’t even sent notification in advance.
Speaking to reporters, the UN spokesman declined to comment on the US move to expel 12 Russian diplomats from the permanent mission to the UN, citing the “sensitivity” of the issue.
“Given the sensitivity of the matter, which is ongoing, we will not comment further at this stage other than to confirm that the Secretary-General will closely follow this matter and engage as appropriate with the Governments concerned,” Farhan Haq, Deputy Spokesman for the Secretary-General, explained.
“Laws and regulations in force in the United States regarding the residence of aliens shall not be applied in such manner as to interfere with the … and, specifically, shall not be applied in such manner as to require any such person to leave the United States on account of any activities performed by him in his official capacity,” the section reads, adding that “activities in the United States outside his official capacity” render the UN privileges void.
The expulsion of diplomats is linked somehow both to the Skripal case and to the “concerns” of the American people, over the numbers of intelligence officers operating on US soil, the US envoy stated. Huntsman described the diplomats’ ouster as the “largest expulsion of Russian intelligence officers in the United States’ history.”

Iran Envoy to UN: Tehran Has ‘Hard Evidence’ Protests Incited From Abroad
SPUTNIKNEWS – January 5, 2018: The Iranian government has hard evidence that the violence in the ongoing protests in the country is incited from abroad, Iranian Ambassador to the United Nations Gholam Ali Khoshroo said during an emergency UN Security Council meeting.
“We have hard evidence of the violence in Iran by a handful of the protesters, in some cases resulting in the deaths of policeman and security officers, being very clearly directed from abroad,” Khoshroo said on Friday.
Iranian Envoy to the UN Gholam Ali Khoshroo also stressed that the United States is abusing its power as a member of the United Nations Security Council and as a permanent member of the council by calling a meeting to discuss the protests in Iran.

US says it negotiated $285M cut in United Nations budget
YAHOO – December 25, 2017: The U.S. government says it has negotiated a significant cut in the United Nations budget. And the U.S. Mission to the United Nations said on Sunday (December 24) that the U.N.’s 2018-2019 budget would be slashed by over $285 million. The mission said reductions would also be made to the U.N.’s management and support functions.
The U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley said that the “inefficiency and overspending” of the organization is well-known, and she would not let “the generosity of the American people be taken advantage of.”

RT – March 14, 2018: The West has launched a large-scale campaign to remove Russia from the UN Security Council (UNSC), Senator Sergey Kalashnikov said, commenting on the UK’s accusations against Moscow over the poisoning of Sergei Skripal.
“The West has launched a massive operation in order to kick Russia out of the UN Security Council,” Kalashnikov said, as cited by RIA Novosti. “Russia is now a very inconvenient player for the Western nations and this explains all the recent attacks on our country.”
The Senator believes that in order to curb Russia’s membership there is going to be an attempt to reform the principal UN body tasked with the maintenance of international peace and security. America And Russia Diplomatic Tensions – United Nations
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM – August 31, 2017: The diplomatic fallout between the United States and Russia went nuclear with the outgoing Obama Administration removing Russian diplomats from the Killenworth estate, in Long Island, New York on December 30, 2016, where the diplomats and their families were given several hours to leave. It was the first retaliatory response issued by the outgoing Obama administration regarding hyped up rumors about allegations of Russian hacking and meddling in the US presidential election. What Obama did was essentially defined the incoming President Trump foreign policy. And maybe privately the Democrats were becoming aware that Hillary was not going to win?
The obvious fact is that the elite shadow group (i.e. the Rothschild-Zionist-Bolshevik clique) that was supporting Hillary Clinton, who end up losing the election, where after disruptive forces were mobilized against President Trump, and these forces are trying to remove him from the presidency if they are unable to get him to do much of their destructive deeds regarding foreign policy – world domination.
And so the allegations about Russian hacking and election tampering will not be settled anytime soon, because this has become a rooted talking point for both Republicans and Democrats in media where tensions are being played out giving quick gratification entertainment.
This retaliation diplomatic feud between the United States and Russia will continue for sometime, until possibly the United Nations (UN) is drawn into unsolvable quarreling and become dysfunctional where it will disband and reorganize again in another country.
